The program for the 2025 Development Conference in Innsbruck was developed by the ARGE Development Conference. The concept was developed over several years with the involvement of around 15 different stakeholders. The Paulo Freire Center is responsible for coordinating and managing the process.
The conference is designed to be bilingual: simultaneous translation will be provided – primarily for the international speakers, but also to a limited extent for German-speaking participants.
This means that the program can be easily followed in both German and English.
The workshops will be held in one language – either German or English. The respective language is indicated in the workshop descriptions.
The exception is the workshop with Dora María Téllez, which will be held in Spanish with consecutive translation into German.
