Ivo Lesbaupin is a retired professor at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and coordinator of the NGO Iser Assessoria in Rio de Janeiro. Iser Assessoria is committed to expanding participation and democracy in the state and church in Brazil and calls for overcoming social inequality in the country.
Ivo holds a PhD from the University of Toulouse-le-Mirail (France) and is the author and editor of several books, including:
