Joy W. Ndubai is a research associate at the Institute for Austrian and International Tax Law at the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She is particularly concerned with the issue of commodity trade between the EU and the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), and is a critical observer of the tax debates conducted during the negotiations on the post-Cotonou Agreement.
In addition to her academic career, she also has years of experience in NGO work in Kenya, where she has worked with Tax Justice Network Africa, Oxfam and ActionAid.
