In addition to the programme fee, the contribution includes a small buffet on the opening evening and refreshments during coffee breaks.
Fee until the end of online registration on 19th of November 2025:
- Participation: 85.- EUR
- Students, non-earners: 45.- EUR
On-site payment at the start of the conference on 21st of November 2025:
- Participation fee: 95.- EUR
- Students, non-earners: 55,- EUR
Cancellation policy
All registrations for the development conference are binding unless the registered person or an authorised representative informs the Paulo Freire Centre of the cancellation. You also have the option of transferring your ticket to a substitute participant. In this case, please send an email to office@paulofreirezentrum.at.
Cancellations are made via email to office@paulofreirezentrum.at.
The cancellation fee is calculated as follows:
A 10% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made before 15th of October 2025.
A 30% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made up to 14 days before the development conference (7th of November 2025, 5 p.m.).
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made up to 7 days before the development conference (14th of November 2025, 5 p.m.).
100% of the fee already paid will be retained if we receive your cancellation at a later date. Or never receive it.
